Windows 10: Find the bit locker recovery key

My laptop Dell suddenly get problems about bit locker, i did not turn it on and didn't understand what happened. I could not start the laptop, it showed Automatic repairing, then turn to bit locker key. I called some one for helps, he set up new win for me but the disk D was still locked by bit locker.
I tried to find the key from microsoft account, but it showed that my account hasn't had bit locker.
Can anyone please help me to fix this problems, i do need to recovery my data from this disk, it is very important data but i haven't back up. Thank you.

1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
   
2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

bit locker recovery key

any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0



please advise how to find the recovery key

Since last 4 days it is bit locker recovery key.

It is working well after giving Recovery key.
