Windows 10: Find the relevant MS account containing BitLocker Recovery Key information

Hi,I have a Dell laptop and it has a faulty battery. I must have forgotten to plug it in when I used it on Sunday night and the login window briefly appeared a few times and then disappeared. I finally managed to turn it on after plugging it in for a few minutes, but it then required me to enter a 48 digits BitLocker Recovery Key. I cannot recall I ever turned the BitLocker key on in my laptop. I checked my Microsoft account where usually the Bitlocker key would be stored and it's not there. Generally, you will be prompted to save the Bitlocker recovery key when turning on the Bitlocker encryption, as shown in the following figure.

• If you choose "Save to your Microsoft account", then it will exist in the Microsoft account you logged in when encrypting, visit Microsoft Account | Device to see your device and its BitLocker recovery key.
  
• If you choose the other three, it should be a .txt file with a long name containing alphanumerics, please recall whether and where you have saved it.

2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
