Windows 10: finding a number to contact someone about a Microsoft store purchase

I purchased some software thru the Microsoft store. The software is not working and the company that made it is not responding to me. I tried it on more than one computer and on windows 10 and 11. I need to speak to someone.

Is the child signing into the device under your account with his own PIN number?

Have you checked your account to determine if the game is listed in your purchases?

Have you tried logging into your child's Store account using your PIN number instead of his?

Microsoft Complete Warranty Support Number???

Hi there.

Can anyone please provide me with a Canadian contact number to contact Microsoft's warranty people?

I have an HP laptop that was purchased at the Microsoft Store along with their Microsoft Complete extended 2 year warranty. I have a few questions with regards to the warranty coverage that I would like to confirm first, before heading to the Microsoft Store.

I have been trying to find a contact number to speak to a live agent without success.

Any 1-800 or email contact information that you can share with me would be appreciated.
