Windows 10: finding downloaded album

Opened the link, but as always, for me anyway, the step x steps they give, are not always what I can find.

If I open an album, there is no option saying more, but there are 4 vertical dots and if I hover on it, that says "more options" which I know sounds the same but not exact.

When I open it, there is no option to download album, and I will attach what I mean.

Another area I am puzzled, it says Google + photos, my icon on desktop says Google Photos, don't know if its important.

I also still have Picasa in my programs.

 

Missing music albums

My PC was updated but all the music that was stored in Groove is not listed and I am unable to find the many albums I had downloaded to the computer. Cortana can find one artist/album at a time so they are on my PC I just don't have them readily accessible
like they were before. Adding the suggested locations that Groove suggests like
my music comes up empty.

 

Groove Application Crashes after using "Find Album Info" function

When using the Groove application on Windows 10 I try to match the albums in my current collection with ones in the Groove Music library by using the "Find Album Info" option. After selecting the option the popup appears to display which album to "find."
After the album that matches is selected the application crashes for no reason. I have tried to do this with over 100's of albums and the same situation occurs. This seems like it should be a simple error catch operation to stop the crash from occurring. It
would be nice to display an error message saying something like "cannot match this album for blah, blah, blah" instead of having the application just crash. Interestingly this occurs for both albums burned from CD's or downloaded from the xBox marketplace,
but doesn't happen for every album. Some will link while other will crash the application.

Here are the steps I use to recreate the problem:

• Open Groove Music App
• Right click on Album to display context menu
• click on "Find Album Info"
• select album from album selection popup
• Depending on the album 1 of two things will happen:
  • Application will save the Groove information
  • Application will crash and close without warning

The properties on the music files and folders are open (not read only, not hidden) so there shouldn't be any problem with saving the data to the mp3 files. Other than the ability to "Find Album Info" the application is working fine. Also uninstalling and
reinstalling does nothing to fix this problem. I have followed the steps to do this in other posts and it does not resolve the issue.

Is there a way to see what I need to do to allow this to work properly? I'm frustrated with this function as it worked great in the old Zune app, but everything I did to configure my music to work with "the cloud" stopped functioning properly
once the new Groove service was implemented.
