Windows 10: Finding My Files

I can't find important karaoke files in windows 10 search. I am so frustrated with this system. Is there a fix for this or alternative to windows explorer so that I can find my music files?

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Go to Search and type the Adobe files and open those files.
• Then go to the location where those files have been saved.

Cannot find Desktop Icon in File Explorer

My Desktop is showing icons as normal. But if I try to find what is on my desktop by using file manager, I cannot find the icon. I also checked under C;\user my name, public, default and no desktop listed on any of them. Any suggestions?
