    > Open the biometric section of the device manager and right-click on the scanner. > Select Enable from the context menu.

    > View hidden devices in Device Manager by clicking on the View menu and selecting Show hidden devices from the list of options.

    If you are able to view the biometric devices after making these changes, it indicates that these are either disconnected, not working, or disabled from the BIOS.

    I have a 3-week old ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 GU603HE

    After upgrading to Windows 11 the fingerprint biometric stopped working, even after reinstalling the driver.
