Windows 10: Fingerprint login has stopped working on my ThinkBook 16 G5+ APO Laptop after installing...

I have reinstalled windows 10 on my laptop and many drivers were broken, i have fixed them, but i cannot fix the fingerprint driver. I have tried a lot of drivers, but windows do not detect them and i dont have biometric devices in device manager. I will be very happy if you will help me to fix this problem.

Fingerprint login has stopped working on my Lenovo ThinkBook 15-IIL Laptop - Type 20SM after installing Windows 11. Also, fingerprint is not recognised if I try and add a new fingerprint.

Driver is up to date according to the Lenovo website scan.

Try reinstalling the Biometric driver, Andy.

1. Press Win + R

2. Type devmgmt.msc <Press Enter>

3. Look for BIometric and expand it

4. Right-click the driver or drivers under Biometric and select Uninstall

5. Download and install this driver:
