    Hello, the Fingerprint recognition Windows Hello feature no longer works for me and is no longer available. So when I was unable to unlock my device with my fingerprint, I unlocked it with a PIN, then I updated the device and tried to unlock it, but that did not work, so I completely deleted my fingerprint, and now I want to use my fingerprint, but it appears that this option is not available.Edition Windows 11 Home Single Language Version 23H2 Installed on ‎11/‎22/‎2022 OS build 22631.3085 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22684.1000.0

    Windows Hello Biosecurity no longer working.

    My Upek fingerprint scanner is listed in Device Manager and states that it is working properly but fingerprint sign on is no-longer listed as a sign on option. I have performed a clean reinstallation of Windows 10 to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly
    appreciated.

    Windows Hello Fingerprint not working

    This is still not working after doing all those steps, please help after the Windows update it stopped working and it says the following : we couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint.

    After taking all the steps you suggested on here it says i have the latest update.

    My laptop got a fingerprint scanner, but I can't use it to sign in. This is what it says in the settings: "There is no fingerprint scanner that is compatible with the Windows Hello fingerprint recognition." What can I do?
