Windows 10: Fingerprint sensor not detected - Asus Vivobook flip

My fingerprint sensor suddenly stopped working. It put my laptop to sleep, and when turned back on a few minutes later it wasnt recognised anymore. I checked everything, updates, driver updates, I removed and reinstalled the specific driver, restarted the laptop. It didn't give me an option at the BIOS menu to see if it's enabled. In the settings it just says it doesn't recognise a fingerprint sensor. Any possible solutions?

ELAN WBF Fingerprint Sensor on ASUS Laptop cannot start

on Asus site, the driver version for fingerprint is the same as if windows search automatically, no other versions.

actually I already call Asus Local support, and they suggest to
Reset this PC/Windows

Unfortunately, windows was unable to Uninstall for those Update only...tried and not successful.

Fingerprint Sensor not working

Recently I have been unable to use my fingerprint sensor on my Asus Vivobook Pro14X. Under device manager > ELAN WBF Fingerprint Sensor properties, it is stated that "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)



Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API. "

May I know how to resolve this?
