Windows 10: Fingerprint sensor stopped working after updating to WINDOWS 11

Hello,Recently after i updated my Sony Vaio VGN-AW11S laptop from windows 10 to 11, my fingerprint sensor stopped workingi tried to fix by looking at other ppl's similar problems , but nothing works for mei would like to notify that when i go to device manager in my laptop i don't find the biometric devices drivers, not even when i do show hidden driversplease someone help my issueReda.

Fingerprint sensor disabled by Windows 10 update 1803

I recently installed update 1803 on my HP Windows 10 laptop. The fingerprint sensor stopped working. I don't know if was turned off or disabled or what.

Is there a way I can fix it? I found a thread about it here, but I'm not sure what they they are suggesting.

 

Fingerprint sensor not working

I just updated to the newest version of Windows. This current laptop is only 2 weeks old and when I got it, the fingerprint sensor was working just fine. Now, after the update, the fingerprint sensor doesn't work. When I got to settings, it says we couldn't
find a fingerprint sensor compatible with Windows Hello even though it worked before the update. How would I fix this? I've tried restarting but it doesn't work.

 

Multiple Fingerprint Sensors on PC

Hello,

I am trying to connect more than one fingerprint sensors on the PC, to use with Windows Hello but this is usually buggy - and in the end both stop working until I remove one.

Is this a known issue (Search but found nothing) or is there a limit on how many fingerprint sensors you can connect to a PC?
