Windows 10: Fingerprint unavailable - Lenovo Yoga 7 14ITL$

My fingerprint has not shown up after a restart. It is not showing in device manager under "Show Hidden Devices" as well. I have tried reinstalling the driver and that has been unsuccessful.

Fingerprint Scanner Lenovo Yoga X1 Yoga (3rd Gen)

Hello all! As the title suggests, I have a Lenovo Yoga X1 Yoga (3rd Gen) and I've been having issues with the fingerprint scanner lately. First, the biometric drivers were hidden in my device manager tab. I activated the reveal hidden view and got error
code 45 on the biometric drivers. I thus uninstalled my biometric drivers and reinstalled the correct drivers from Lenovo. However, the biometric devices tab is not showing them in my Device Manager now and the Synaptics app claims there isn't a scanner connected.
What can I do to get a working fingerprint scanner again?

 

Windows Hello Face and Fingerprint Unavailable

I recently bought a Lenovo Yoga, but when I try to set it up Windows Hello Face and Fingerprint, it says "This option is currently unavailable",Below, it says "We couldn’t find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint ".

I've troubleshooted my device, and I have the latest Windows updates. I don't think it has any virus or bug because i recently just bought it.

After latest Windows 10 update my fingerprint scanner not working on my Lenovo X1 Yoga

I have a Lenovo X1 Yoga laptop with a fingerprint scanner I used to log in and after the most recent windows 10 update it stopped working. I wen to my sign in options and it doesn't even list it anymore. Any thoughts?
