    FireFox v 62.0 to v 62.0.2 Doesn't Work...


    For several days now, I've been prompted to update to v 62.0.2, but after the restart, the version still shows as v 62.0. The notice has shown up in a pop up when using the browser and on the help/about window. The update downloads and the request for restart shows up, but the version remains the same. I'm not too worried as I'm not having any issue with FF at the moment.

    windows 10 update fails at 62 and after restart it starts from 0

    i update windows 10 november. at 62% my laptop battery is low and it shutdown.when i again start my computr update starts from 0%.how i can resume from 62?thanks

    Hi Zoe,

    How long has it been stuck on 62%?

    Before we do anything, do you happen to have a free USB and access to another pc if possible? That would give us the ability to create windows 10 media and install a clean version of windows on your machine if necessary.
