    All the threads I found on here were years old and always mention reboots or special software like VPN stuff. This is not my case. I'm fairly confident it's specifically Microsoft screwing with me for finding a workaround. Here's the situation.I hate the new Microsoft Solitaire Collection with all its incessant ads. Subscription fees? ****. It's a standalone game construct with no possibility of expansions or advanced updates. It's SOLITAIRE! All possible deals of the game already exist. However, it's a really convenient platform which combines all the solitaire games into one tidy place, and

    Windows 10 Firewall won't keep my inbound/outbound rules

    Hi,

    I realize the inconvenience caused to you regarding the Windows Firewall. I will certainly assist you.

    I suggest you to restart the Windows firewall service and check if it helps.

    Follow the below steps for the same.

    • Press Windows key + R simultaneously for Run.
    • Type services.msc and then Enter.
    • Right click on the Windows firewall services and then restart the services and check if it helps.
    If the issue still persists then I suggest you to remove and then read the Windows fire wall rule.

    Ugh. I was afraid of hearing something like that. But it seems like that can't be right. How could anyone run win10 in an enterprise environment if they had to reconfigure the firewall every couple of days? Is everyone else just changing the settings with an automatic script?
