Windows 10: First Blue Screen of Death

Hello, I was playing Arma 3 and using Xbox Game Bar on my laptop, and suddenly I got the Windows Insider Build crash screen then the blue screen of death with the error code:

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

iaStorA.sys

Both error screens had the same message. I heard iaStorA.sys is a problem with an Intel driver but I cannot fix it for one main issue: all the solutions I find require a sign in, I cant sign in because when my PC shuts off it loses connection to the internet, and I don't know the password that the PC remembers.

Here's a list of things I can't do that worked for other people: I can't sign in (as stated above) I can't connect to internet in general (as stated above) I can't factory reset, the PC crashes when I try I can't enter command prompt or safe mode, PC crashes when I try

Extra information: I'm on a Lenovo Legion Y540 16 GB DDR4 GTX 1660 TI INTEL CORE i7 8th Gen

EDIT: If you are running an insider build your blue screens should be green, so which one is it?

Was originally insider build error, turned into blue screen of death after the loading meter turned to 100%.
