Windows 10: First time blue screen of death bsod, is my pc in danger?

PC is still kinda relatively new, I woke PC up from sleep mode it auto sleeps when left unattended for a few mins then I updated a game on Steam then suddenly got a BSOD. PC then automatically restarted and booted everything like nothing happened. PC never crashes on any games so this is new a bit new to me. What can I do to check if my PC is okay ? safe ? kinda a bit worried since i never downloaded any sketchy software from any unknown sites, i don't have any other anti virus software aside from windows defender. Any simple help would be appreciated.

Blue screen of death for the first time!!!

The blue screen of death happened for the first time on my PC while in an online class. I usually crash my PC whenever I play games as well. It crashes randomly. Is there a way to fix it? I'm scared my PC might be in danger. These crashes started about 2-3 weeks ago, and they didn't happen on my PC last month, so I'm not sure what's up.
