Windows 10: Firstly touch pad, now Internet connection does not work

I suspect an issue with drivers. Firstly, touch pad stopped responding. It does not work at all.Now Internet connection does not work too. It does not even look for Wi-Fi networks. Just shows nothing in the results. I went to look up for the drivers, the Wi-Fi driver was disabled and I could not turn it on. No updates for it found. I tried to do the only option that was available: Turn the device off. Reloaded. It was active, but not working and I cannot reset, update, nor turn it off yes, now it does not turn off instead.At first during troubleshooting it showed there is no properly working

Touch pad not working. I have tried everything.

I have a semi new Lenovo laptop ThinkPad T450s with a new hard drive. After installing Windows 10 the touch pad doesn't work. It did however work before. I have spent all day trying to read up on how I may solve this to no avail. Therefore I am writing my own help request. Here is a list of things I have tried;


Not Fn + F5
tried updating drives
not in device manager
not in control panel - mouse properties doesn't give me touch pad option (picture 2) nor is it anywhere in the control panel under deivices to be found
Activated in BIOS
I tried taking some steps I read online in the Registration Entries but files seemed to be missing (perhaps here is the problem) but only ended up making my USB mouse to stop working so that didn't do the trick.
Synaptic pointing device is under View and show hidden devices.
Not sure what to do about the yellow exclamation mark but it says error "This device is not present, is not working properly or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)"

My touch pad stopped working.

I installed Windows 10 in my Dell inspiron 15 3000 series and the touch pad stopped working. There is no driver for the touch pad and I have tried to download it from the internet but it does not work. I t says that your device is not compatible. The driver
is also named as unknown device. I think that is the problem but i still can not solve it. Hope that you can suggest something that works.

I have tried the steps you suggested. It showed no issues, except to restart my PC. At the point when I performed these steps, I didn't have the issue that I reported - namely, not being able to use touch-pad gestures. Maybe I should try this when the touch-pad
gestures stop working.
