Discus and support Firstmls.com will not login from Dell devices but works fine on all other PCs in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; We have been having trouble accessing this particular website from any Dell branded PC but it seems to work fine on all other PCs.. we have tried all...     Firstmls.com will not login from Dell devices but works fine on all other PCs


    We have been having trouble accessing this particular website from any Dell branded PC but it seems to work fine on all other PCs.. we have tried all the basics such as clearing the cookies, cache, disabling extensions and firewalls, and restarting routers but still no luck. It does not matter which browser we use, the issue still persists. Is there any quick fix solution?

    Hello,

    I suggest you to create a PIN for your device and try the on screen keyboard to login to the same.

    You may follow the steps below to create PIN protection for your device.


    • Go to Settings and select account.

    • Click on sign in option and Go to PIN option.

    • Now click on Add and set PIN for login.

    You can use the same PIN to login to your device using the on screen Keyboard from ease of access option and verify the result.

    Also, I did the chkdsk C: /F /R but it didn't do anything.

    It got stuck at 21% every single time and when ever I restart my PC it constantly starts scanning. Not sure how to stop it.
