Windows 10: Fitbit app no longer available to download?

My phone is broken so temporarily I have to use my PC for everything, however I can't seem to download the fitbit app. The button doesn't appear at all, yet I was able to download the other apps I use with no problem. I have all the system requirements for the app to run. There isn't a lot of help when you go to google either. Also it doesn't appear in the windows app store if I type it in, I have to type "Fitbit app download for windows" into google to be linked to the app page..

Unable to download fitbit app

I have tried to download the app via the fitbit site, and directly from the Windows store. I have also tried the links suggested on this site to no avail. I have been on the phone with fitbit on two separate occasions, and they say it is a Windows problem. When
I click on

get the app, the screen changes, and there is no place to click on the new screen. There is a rectangle that says free, but it pale in color and not clickable. Please help, I am ready to take this fitbit back.

Trying to download fitbit app on windows 10 and wont work - when hitting "free" for download a grey screen comes up

I cannot download the fitbit app either. None of these steps worked for me. There was no cache. Troubleshooting didn't find any problems.
