When trying to copy a Library I get Error 0x80028CA0: Type mismatch.

In copying my Library to paste on an external hard drive, I get and error message: "Error 0x80028CA0 Type Mismatch"

Copying a library folder to an folder conjures the Type mismatch error 0x80028CA0 with most current Windows 10 update (Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3200970) installed on 11/9/16). So now instead of a library folder
copy implicitly copying the contents of the library (as Windows 8.1 and earlier 10 versions did), the type mismatch error occurs. This confirms the loss of functionality, and does not resolve it.
