Can´t login in to Xbox-Live error code 0x80190001

I can´t log into my Xbox-Live account. Everytime when I want to play Ark I have to log into my Xbox lIve account. But there´s a error code everytime when I try to login: 0x80190001. I don´t know what to do. I have a good wlan connection. All other Xbox games are working but not ARK.

Please help!

I can open the apps fine, when I try to login the window with the error code pops up instead of the one to enter my username and pass.

I click the button circled in red.

I found this ... but I don't know what it means.

0x80190001 error

I'm trying to log in to my Microsoft account on any app that supports it, such as the Microsoft Store or the XBOX app, while on Windows that is owned by a different account.

Example: Account A signs into Windows, but Account B signs into the Microsoft Store.

I'm hit with the "0x80190001" error code any time I enter the correct code for the 2-factor authentication.

I should note that Account A can sign into the store with no problem, but Account B cannot, and is given the 0x80190001 error.

I've repaired the Microsoft Store, I've run the troubleshooter, I've run SFC, I've run everything. Throw solutions at me.
