    Fix Application Error With WindowsPackageManager.dll


    I recently 2 hours ago did a clean install of windows due to other issues regarding a similar error, except in that case it involved the epic games launcher. However, this is an error with a windows service, so I'd think this error is more relevant. Every time I try to boot up a game, the second I record an input, my computer crashes without a blue screen, the whole thing just stops. I have to manually shut off the power from the computer to get it to turn off. I'm running the latest version of Windows 11 with a R7 5800x and RTX 3070, with brand new corsair memory.     D3dx9_30.dll Not Found error in Ashes Cricket 2009

    Important Note: Do not, under any circumstances, download the d3dx9_30.dll DLL file individually from any "DLL download site." There are a number of different reasons that downloading DLLs from these sites are never a good idea.

    how to fix a dll error

    o.k. I did what you suggested--there was no invida virtual in programs--the message keeps showing on boot up that the "specific module could not be found" run dll--do you know of any download fix for this? *cry

    List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

    (Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)
