Microsoft Modern Mouse (Bluetooth) Scroll Wheel not working.

the scroll wheel on my Microsoft Modern Mouse (Bluetooth) stopped working. I have done all troubleshooting steps: system updates, installed Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse Center, disconnected mouse and reconnected. Nothing has worked yet. Haven't yet tried
it on a different PC. Don't have another Microsoft PC. Have a MacBook, but not sure the mouse can work on that. Any suggestions?

Logitech Bluetooth Mouse doesn't scroll with Windows 10

I downloaded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 yesterday. I use a Bluetooth Logitech Mouse which does not require a usb port. Today I noticed that when I try to scroll with the Bluetooth mouse, it does not scroll. I checked to see if it was listed in the devices
(which is was not) and tried to add it to my devices. It was undiscoverable. Basically now all I can use my mouse for is to point and click. Is there a fix for this?
