    FIX: Camera Produces a Dark Red Image.


    I was able to see only a bright image when shining a flashlight in front of the lens. I tried driver replacements and software tweaks. I also reset my Windows 10. All this to no avail.

    Finally I simply tried cleaning the lens with alcohol and instantly a normal image appeared on my computer screen.

    Images in dark

    Hi! i wonder if we are dealing with the same problem. i noticed in my N82 black that when i am trying to capture images, i notice a red haze at one side of the screen, then it worsens when the area you are capturing gets dark. but when they are shot, the
    pics produced seemed to be okay. it's just when you are about to take a new image and viewing your target on the screen. i dunno if it's because of the lighting adjustment when you move the camera around, but the red haze seemed to appear in the same side
    of the screen.

    Dark image in Lumia Camera

    I also have this problem with my Lumia 920 with developer preview.

    I just did a restart to fix it. Next I recorded several videos ok. I stopped the camera app and then decided to make another video. Restarted the camera and again it was dark.
