Windows 10: Fix "Code 12 - Not enough resources" on Windows 10?

Hello,

I have had two NVIDIA Tesla K10 GPU accelerator cards for a few days now. I installed them in a MacPro 5.1, which runs Win10Pro x64 using Bootcamp.

Since the K10 is a dualGPU, I see 4 maps in the device manager. But apparently only one chip per card works, the other one is indicated with "Code 12".

I've spent the last 4 days going from support to support, but nobody seems to feel responsible in any way. NVIDIA Private Support sends me to Enterprise Support, they send me back to Private Support, they send me to the forum, the forum sends me to Microsoft and Microsoft to Apple. Apple doesn't care about the device because it's older than five years and has sent me back to the forum.

Attempts to get the cards to work have all failed so far. I have swapped PCIe slots, installed NVIDIA drivers several times and removed them with DDU, even installed Windows completely fresh, but no success.

If any of you can help me, I'd be very grateful.

Code 12 (not enough free resources) on wifi adapter

The last couple of weeks I've been having some problems with my wireless network adapter, where sometimes the device does not start correctly, resulting in my computer having no internet connection. The wireless adapter is an Intel
AX200 on a PCIE adapter (to be clear, my computer is a desktop, not a laptop). When inspecting the device in Device Manager, it does recognise the device is not working, and it gives me a Code 12 error:

This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system.

I have looked all over the internet and tried multiple fixes, none of which worked:

• Updating drivers, automatically using windows and by manually finding newer drivers
• Removing and reinstalling drivers
• Reinstalling windows
• Updating the BIOS (twice by now)
• Looking for other devices in device manager that aren't working, but there appear to be none, even when showing hidden devices
• Disabling and re-enabling the device in device manager
• Running the network adapter troubleshooter
• Resetting my network settings (the suggested fix given by the troubleshooter)
• Moving the PCIE card to another slot
  

Restarting the device in device manager and then restarting the entire computer is usually a one time fix allowing me to get on the internet, but even this fails once in a while.

I really don't know what else I could try to fix this.

 

Nvidea display adapter code 12

After update to Windows 10 1709 the NVS 3100M display adapter in my Dell E6410 won't work--the system reverted to the microsoft display which is very poor. The warning in device manager gives code 12--lack of free resources (code 12). While it suggests
removing some other device, how can I find the other devices using conflicting resources?

YOUR SUGGESTION OF MS Visual C++ 2010, FIXED THE PROBLEM. ONLY "ATI OVERDRIVE" WAS NOT SHOWING IN CCC AFTER A 10-12 INSTALL.
