After Windows 10 version 1809 update Build 17763.1, my Backup and Recovery now shows error 0x80070013 and will not backup as before

Did October update to win 10 ver 1809 and now my backup and restore will not backup, keep getting Error 0x80070013.

 

Windows 10 backup error 0x80070013

1) On 1/30/21019 I kept getting Windows update errors.

A tech support person from Microsoft helped me remotely by

doing an in-place upgrade to re-install all updates for Windows 10.

(My case # is: 1459323526) The computer is running fine.

2) Today, 2/1st, while backing up my system I first got a couple of OneDrive errors:

0x80070003 and 0x80070002) Thus b/u did not complete successfully.

Removed OneDrive from Programs and Reinstalled it okay.

3) Tried running backup and I now have error 0x80070013

4) Run sfc /scannow - This is what the scan found and fixed:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and repaired them.

For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at

WINDIR\Logs\CBS\CBS.log -- For example: C: Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

For offline repairs: details are included in the file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE FLAG PS

C:\Windows\System32\

5)Restarted PC and tried to backup files. Again, same problem: Error 0x80070013

The backup did not complete successfully.

Is there a way to correct this. Please help. Your answer is appreciated.

Windows XP PRO error after restore

System restore is handy when it works like it did for me 2 days ago saving the need to reinstall all of my software as well as windows, id suggest using norton Ghost 12 for an excellent system restore feature.
