Help with Install error code 0xC1900101-0x20007

Hi Microsoft Community,

I need help to resolve the install error 0xC1900101-0x20007 "Installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during install drivers operation."

I am now running WINDOWS 8.1 as I have tried for the past few months to run a failed update in Nov 2019. I am not computer savvy but, I've checked all drivers and they are up to date; would really appreciate any help to resolve this issue, I really need
WINDOWS 10 back.

can't fix error 0x80070003

Hello,
I've upgraded 2 days ago and started receiving error code 0x80070003. I found instructions to fix the error. The first step is to run cmd as Admin, but it won't run as Admin - nothing happens. I can run with reduced privileges, but not as admin. I don't know if anything else is affected. Why is it not letting me run as Admin, and how can I fix it?

Occurs when the Internet connection is faulty when during the installation of Windows 10.

To fix it, you need to install Windows 10 using the offline setup method.
Download the Windows 10 ISO, and then install Windows 10 again.
