Virtualization Error in Apps

im facing errors while using WSA(A13) and Bluestacks 5(A9/11) both of these require Hyper-V/Virtualization and if i enable Virtual Machine Platform and Windows Hypervisor Platform in Windows Features, WSA works fine and if disabled bluestacks works fine but, Both are x86_64 or x64 (i guess), and by disabling VT-d and Intel Virtualization Technology both doesnt works, (i also asked the question to bluestacks support but didnt got any reply)

my laptop's processor is i3 1005G1 which supports Virtualization Technology

running on W11H 22H2

Try uninstalling and reinstalling BlueStacks. To do so, follow the instructions below:

Open the Settings app and go to Apps

A list of installed applications will appear. Select BlueStacks from the list and click Uninstall.

Another option is to switch to DirectX

BlueStacks supports both DirectX and OpenGL, and switching to DirectX could solve this bug. To switch to DirectX, follow these steps:

Open BlueStacks.

Click the Menu button in the upper right corner.

Select Settings.

Click on Engine and select DirectX.

Click Restart Now.

As soon as your PC restarts, check if the error still appears.
