Windows 10: Fix for Kernel Security Check Failure when booting from a USB drive.

I need to install Windows 11 on a new SSD but when booting from the installation USB I get the error "Kernel Security Check Failure" and gets stuck in an infinite restart with that loop. I've literally tried every single fixed I have found on the internet, this is my last ditch effort.I can't access windows at all so no command prompt, advance features, start-up repair or any of that stuff. Can't change UEFI to Legacy as it's not an option to change it at all. Tried disabling secure boot and stuff, removing the memory stick just gives me "no bootable device". Kernel Security Check Failure error

My win 8.1 laptop is giving Kernel Security Check Failure error at random and laptop keeps rebooting. Pl suggest how to fix this

Recieving the BSOD once a day, at least. My drivers are up to date so far as I know and I've tried various methods of troubleshooting including the steps outlined here:

There's a lot of reason for booting in to a BSOD, like problems with the driver for your display adapter or the
video output is being sent to an unexpected port. KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE error is usually caused by Memory or Driver incompatibility issues or corruption of system data.
In order for us to efficiently assist you, we just have few questions for you:

• Were there any changes made to your computer prior to the issue?
