Windows 10: Fix for Laptop BSOD Acpi bios error

My laptop is an acer swift x sfx14-41g and it had an issue before where it crashed frequently when it went to sleep, but i usually circumvent it by turning it off when I am away. It had no other issues other than this and it was running fine until today when i booted it up and a BSOD acpi bios error was occurring every time turned my laptop on. The windows startup recovery isn't appearing as the after the automatic repair prompt appears it goes straight to the the BSOD. How do I fix it?

ACPI Bios Error

A friend of mine built his first computer and iv been called in to figure out what in the world this problem hes having is. Iv tried quite a lot already, ill list those out in a second. He never got past trying to install windows 10 due to the ACPI BIOS
ERROR.

System spec:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600x CPU

ASUS Prime B450M-A Mother Board

Strix GTX1050ti GPU

Ballistix DDR4 2600 RAM

a 2Tb Western Digital HDD

Behavior on boot attempt: The computer starts up fine, gets to the ASUS logo screen and then BSODs with the ACPI BIOS ERROR.

I have tried:

updating the BIOS

clearing the CMOS

tried installing Win7 same Error

Installing Win10 on the HDD outside the system.

Using Rufus to make a bootable USB from the ISO files

CSM, Secure boot, Fast boot, all OFF/ON in every variation

SATA switch to RAID from AHCI

IV tested all the hardware plus gotten Linux to run fine.

After all that the only change is that now it tries to boot into the automatic repair after the first 2 BSODs but the moment it tries to load its just BSODs with the same ACPI BIOS ERROR.

Not gonna lie im pretty stumped on this one, best guess is its a windows 10 problem somewhere. Judging from google i'm not expecting an easy one click solution but any help would be appreciated.

 

ACPI Bios Error

An all black screen with a text cursor that flashed on the top then moved down one line.

then this time the ASUS logo is gone replaced with the windows logo for about 10 seconds it tried to load and then crashed to the BSOD with the same ACPI BIOS Error.
