gta 5 on pc can't download it using windows 10 64 bit

GTA 5 is on steam, not sure about that other game.

I was not able to get GTA 5 to work on my box so I have not played it

GTA 5 is so much lagging in my pc .I can't play.

4gb ram

AMD Radeon
