gettting error INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE

When opening www.google.be or if a search result is ask by filling a word in the browser bar - I get a INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE

It happens with edge and internet explorer - this is new - so there must been come with the last windows update.

Don't have that issue using chrome. ... and no problem if I change the url from .be -> .com ( google.com)

• Search for "Google" on Bing
• Refresh the page
