0xc00d36e5 Item is unplayable – please reacquire the content.

I have been sent a 1.3 GB mp.4 file by a colleague using Mail drop.

She has sent it 3 times and i have tried to download it multiple times on different computers but every time, the download doesn't complete and if I try to open, i get the following error message:

Item is unplayable – please reacquire the content.

0xc00d36e5

Can anyone shed any light on what the issue may be? Is the file corrupted? I believe she has sent it to other who have not had this problem.

Error Code 0xc00d36e5

Very simple here, the message that turns up whenever I try to play now that I've rendered out of adobe comes up with this error code with the accompanying message: "Can't play - Item is unplayable, please reacquire the content."

This is a completely new error, and less than 6 hours ago everything was working fine, haven't had a problem.

Is there a fix for this? I do YouTube so I'm urgently looking for a response here.

Hello,

I am playing a recorded audio file on the groove music app. One particular audio file keeps giving the error code 0xc00d36e5. The other audio files are playing well. It's an M4A file.

Please do help me understand why this is happening and how I can correct it, please ?
