DirectX 11 and Fortnite on virtual machine

Hello guys,

I recently set up a virtual machine (e5 xeon, windows 10 database 2016) to play Fortnite. I installed the Epic launcher until there was a message telling that NET Framework 3.5 could not be installed. But this is probably not the main issue. After I downloaded
Fortnite in the launcher and tried to start it, an error message appeared which tells I have not installed DirectX 11 feature level 11. I checked the drivers, used an emulator and tried to update the machine(it didn't work).

Now I don't know what I should do.

It is back. *Mad

Trying Win Essentials. Glary, Malwarebytes, registry cleans w/ ccleaner and glary plus disk cleaner, win7 version.

Opened up half his drive but, still, this Virtual Machine thingy....WTF!!

I will try combofix another time, he is not home and I don't want to remotely do it and lose the connection, without him watching it.
