Microsoft error code 0xC03F300D

my Microsoft mah-jong is still showing the error code 0xC03f300d this as been since 3/12/2015 I have tried everything that as been suggested the last thing Microsoft told me to try removed the store app from my system which was installed with windows 10
because that was removed the only way to get it back was complete wipe and reinstall or a restore I opted for restore I got the app back but load more issue arouse not very happy
