Windows 10: Fix ‘no internet’ connection in Windows 10

For your information. After my clients updated Windows 10 version 2004, they can access a internet but Internet connection show "no internet".


My company has a proxy device and allow internet access only proxy IP address but all clients were issue "no internet" it made outlook365 clients on their PCs cannot access a server.


When I bypass the 2 URL below on my firewall so that clients can access directly the problem was gone.

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to run the internet troubleshooter as below and check if it helps.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Once the window open click on View All
  located on the left navigation pane.
• Locate and select Internet Connection and run the in build troubleshooter
• Follow the Onscreen instructions.

Method 2: I suggest you to follow the steps from the below article
