    "nvidia nvstreamnetworkservice is no longer available" message every time I switch on

    Hi turkishjim, check in Programs and Features for Nvidia GameStream Network Service. If it is a separate app to your nVIdia graphics card software and you so not use it, then you should uninstall it to get rid of this annoyance

    It may also be starting with Windows, try disabling it form there:

    Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager

    Click on the Startup Tab

    See if Nvidia GameStream Network Service is listed there

    If it is, select it and click 'Disable'

    Close Task Manager

    Click your Start Button, type msconfig and hit Enter

    When the System Configuration dialog opens, click on the Services Tab

    Check the box marked 'Hide Microsoft Services'

    In the remaining list See if Nvidia GameStream Network Service is listed there , uncheck any you find

    Click Apply and OK

    Restart your System and this annoyance will be gone . . .

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
