OneNote Windows 10 (Mobile) app sync issues

I am having an issue syncing OneNote on my desktop and Windows 10 Mobile using the Windows 10 (Mobile) app. The same app works fine on my Surface 3 and the notebooks also get synced fine on the full OneNote 2013 client on my desktop.

I get error message: OneNote couldn't sync. Error code: 0xE0000007

What can I do to fix this?

 

Getting error 0xE0000007 on Windows phone.

I'm getting this error with the UWP app on a Windows Phone. The troubleshooting write-ups oriented towards a desktop won't work. Have already closed notebooks, signed out, closed app/restarted phone, re signed in, re-opened notebook. Made new section and
it did sync - once. Now it is back to 0xE0000007.

Have submitted a recording and screenshot on the Feedback Hub, but am posting here since there seems to be a diminishing level of activity on Windows Phone...
