Windows 10: Fix permission problems after administator account getting access to non-admin home directory

I had two accounts on my windows laptop, where both are microsoft accounts rather than local accounts and one is admin, the other is non-admin.I made some trials and many of them are by wrong methods. Currently I just deleted the non-admin user from settings and manually delete the C:\Users\non-admin directory. However I cannot remove the directory of winget, not even from winget, and should I clean regedit as well?Additionally, since I still want to add a non-admin account, so I still wish to know:How to get access to non-admin home directory C:\Users\non-admin from my admin account, with

No directory permissions, but it's my account and I'm an Admin

So Windows randomly sets some folders as read-only and I can't seem to change them to read-write.




When I click on the Advanced button, me as the user has no ability to modify subfolders.





I even tried this command from an elevated prompt, which seemed to work, but in reality did not enable me to change the problem folder to read-write.
