Windows 10: fix pixilating on laptop

    For whatever reason my laptop just randomly goes into a weird pixilating screen for a while and then goes back to regular screen. I need help fixing this please. thank you.

    Laptop display is pixillated since upgrading to Windows 10.

    Previously my laptop (Dell Studio 5300) had Windows Vista installed (I know, I know) but in order to install needed photo software I had to upgrade so I went with Windows 10. Since upgrading my display is broken/pixillated all the time. I've tried several
    on-line fixes including changing resolution settings and other things but nothing seems to fix this. Is there a fix for this?
