This error code might occur due to incorrectly configured system files that create errors in the registry. We suggest that you follow these troubleshooting steps to fix the problem:

Method 3: Reinstall Xbox app.

• On Cortana search, type powershell.
• Right-click Windows PowerShell from the list and then select
  Run as administrator.
• Paste this command and press Enter:
