Windows 10: Fix RunDLL error

I've had a error that has showed up for about 3 months. It is a runDLL error, quoting:"RunDLL There was a problem starting C:\Users\MarianPC\AppData\NtscNotification\DnlterIssessment\RnbmrWebPEndrsrv.dll Access is denied."When trying to access the location of the dll in the file exp/orer or even the run menu, it says that "It is unavailable" and that "If the location does exist, make sure sure the disc is inserted", although I don't have any usb, disc, or anything like that.Any way I could fix it? It might be the problem in my previous forum post where my programs flicker every second, w

Help fix a RunDll error.

Use Autoruns from Microsoft Sysinternals to delete the rundll32.exe startup/scheduler entry.

For example:

Hi Ziegfred,

Your antivirus program may have deleted the module. I couldn't find any reference to this DLL name on the web.

Rundll32.exe may have been triggered by the registry Run keys or Task Scheduler. You can use Autoruns to clear the orphaned entries.

RunDLL Errors

Whenever I startup my computer, I get the message of a RunDLL error about ball plugin-the specified module could not be found). Any suggestions on how to fix that?
