Windows 10: Fix suspended app crashing

There is an app that I try to run, however it keeps crashing on me, when I look at the status in Task manager, it says "Suspended". I've searched around to find a way to unsuspend the app, including clean booting and re-installing the program, however the status is still the same and the program crashes. Anyone know how to fix or unsuspend?

Apps Suspended and Crashes

So apparently after a certain while I factory resected my computer. I had to do it twice as the first time it automatically crashed in the middle. But now I've been getting a lot of apps being suspended. Examples being Cortana, Microsoft Edge(Despite using
it rn) Microsoft Skype, Windows Default Lock Screen and others. I've had also had game problems with the client Uplay. My game crashes after say 45 minutes of playing. When I look in task manager apparently Uplay is suspended although I don't know if they're
linked. I've also been getting crashes every time I restart my computer. With the Blue screen trying gather data. I believe the error was FLT_FILE_SYSTEM. The crashes stopped a lot frequently with me having to restart 2-3 times before I could actually log
into my computer because I would crash when putting in my password after it loaded for about 5 seconds. Any Solutions?

W1zzard is asking you to test so that he can suggest next steps and be able to troubleshoot the issue you have.
If another version works, it would be one set of steps.
If several other versions also fail/crash, then it would be another.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
