Windows 10: Fix the driver interface already!

Rant on Microsoft/Windows 10 crappiness incoming.

I already dont like Microsoft and am only using a pile of junk Windows computer because its what I could afford. But seriously, this computer is 9 months old, and Ive already gotten multiple blue screens because the keyboard and mouse drivers dont properly interface with Windows 10 OS. Research shows that this has been an issue for this particular brand of hardware/software for a couple years now and Microsoft continues to ignore it. There is NO reason for a 9 month old computer to have 3 blue screens in 4 days. There is no reason for the mouse to skip around the screen or click at random times. There is no excuse for it to not follow user input in options which has been an ongoing issue with updates as well as the hard reset I did. This is the exact reason why I left Windows products after XP. Two machines with so many software and hardware for that matter problems that either no one at Microsoft or a computer shop/store could figure out that caused blue screens and the other one so slow that it was barely functional. I look forward to dumping Windows 10 and Microsoft's highly unsatisfactory customer service/tech support as soon as possible.


For those who are going to say update the drivers: I HAVE! doesnt fix anything.


Hard reset/reset factory conditions? DONE THAT TOO! And it cost me double in Office subscriptions,my virus protection and a bunch of files because Windows 10 IGNORED my command to retain files and programs!


In short, while I did not want to purchase a Windows product again, I had hoped that it had changed and become more usable, less buggy and more user friendly. I had also hoped to see better customer service and support. Instead, I have a computer that when it works, it works okay, is prone to blue screens for a known problem no one wants to address/fix, and have been screwed over by Microsoft on Office 365 and virus protection subscriptions. I WILL NEVER BUY A WINDOWS COMPUTER AGAIN BY CHOICE! I'd rather use an iPad and Google apps.

Problem with HID (Human Interface Device) Drivers Missing

Hi,

It doesn't need to have two USB Input HID Driver, only one would work fine.

To check for possible cause of the issue, we suggest that you run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key. 
• Type Troubleshooting. 
• Click Hardware and Sound. 
  
• Click Hardware and Devices. 
• Follow the on-screen instructions. 

If the issue still persists, uninstall and reinstall the driver.

Good to know that the issue is fixed. Appreciate your efforts.

In future if you face any issues with Wireless connections, I suggest you to un-install and re-install wireless card drivers and check. Follow the steps:

I would suggest you to un-install and re-install wireless card
driver and check. Follow the steps.

• Press Windows key + X.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Network adaptor.

Right click on the wireless card driver and click on Un-install.

Now go to the manufacturer website of your
wireless card or computer and install the latest drivers for your
wireless card and check.
