    Preparing Security Options Removal

    Hi,

    My PC is running Windows 10. When I log in I can't do anything. The PC flashes "Preparing Security Options" in the background for 1/10th of a second and then goes back to the desktop. I can't click the window icon. It won't ctrl alt delete. Nothing I click
    works. It's as if the system is non stop spamming the Preparing Security Options message that is running in the background. I can only use the system like normal when I boot in safe mode. Please let me know how to disable the Preparing Security Options feature.
