Windows 10 Fall Creators update- Restoring your previous version of Windows

0xC1900101 – 0x40017, this is not the error I'm getting. My error code is 8007042B - 0x4001E (installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT Phase with an error during pre_OOBE operations). do you still

cannot install update 1803 this has been going on every day twice a day for 3 months. tried all Microsoft help. error code 8007042b

 

Windows 10 upgrade fails -0x8007002c - 0x4001e

I am trying to upgrade my Windows 8.1 computer to Windows 10 using a DVD . The install runs, reboots, gets through the Installing drivers and features step.. reboots and gets to the Configuring step, then reboots and says that it's restoring my computer
back to the way it was before.. the error is

"0x8007002c - 0x4001E"

The Installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during PRE_OOBE operation

I've tried re-downloading and re-burning the DVD, but same error.. need help!
