VCOMP110.dll Fail To Work In Windows 10 Ver1903

VCOMP110.dll fail to work in Windows 10 Ver 1903. Did Windows 10 update from Ver 1809 to 1903 Jul 31 2019.
VCOMP110.dll worked OK before update and now fails to work. Can't use Corel PaintShop Pro due to the DLL error.
Did latest latest supported Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 download using x64: vc_redist.x64.exe.
Download did not work. The version has VCOMP110.dll dated Nov 6 2012. Pls advise. Thx...Mike.

Hi Everybody

Yesterday my Windows 10 was updated with the

March 8, 2016 — KB3140768 (OS Build 10586.164) update. (I think)

Today I've tried to run AutoCad 2016. I got the VCOMP110.DLL error:

VCOMP110.DLL is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error

Hints, please.....

Two days ago, before the update, AutoCad was running smoothly.

The witcher 3 wild hunt doesn't open

Mohammad,

Make sure you you have the latest patch installed: http://en.cdprojektred.com/support/?support-product=wild_hunt

If that doesn't work you can follow http://www.witcher3dlc.com/the-witcher-3-pc-fixes and make sure you at least
meet the minimum requirements to run the game. If these steps don't work then try installing the recommended GPU drivers for your video card also listed in the link.
