Windows 10: Fix Your Broken Updater, Microsoft

So first of all, let me pose a question:


It's clear enough to me that Microsoft does not care about its customers, I get that, and I hope you people die.


However...if we could be civil just for a second, maybe someone with brains here could actually solve this instead of shoving your tryhards at my face.


I'll be plain, up front and simple - MAKE THIS DISAPPEAR:




I have been sitting here for the past three hours trying to make this update disappear and I've already downloaded KB890830 multiple times, as you can see from the next picture:





Now tell me something, why is this so difficult for you people to take this down off from the internet like you do everything else that doesn't meet your standards or censorship? I have been downloading these asinine, phantasmic updates for the last 48 minutes and yet your systems continuously tell me that I don't have KB890830 (I clearly, as you can see above, it's downloaded itself multiple times onto my machine, hence the repeating variables, (2), (3), but just in case you don't understand simplistic arithmetical value, I'll show you another picture so that you can wrap your brains around the concept of what's going on here:

Wow. Three times! You deserve a gold star for blatantly stating the obvious to me!


Technical jargon for people with brains:


** I have reset the services and protocols for the updating components using a script, but this still continues to appear.


** I have tried going to YOUR service where YOU have told me that your PRODUCT is no longer available to download:


**However, the issue still continues to appear. DO YOUR JOB. Why should innocent people like myself who are using YOUR service and PAYING you REAL MONEY have to suffer because someone at your DEPARTMENT isn't thinking straight?!

Realtek audio broken with update, Also microsoft chat is broken

My audio is ruined with this last update, i've done every step and recommended action listed by microsoft and every suggestion on the first 20 pages of google search. Realtek is no longer showing up anywhere, like microsoft disabled it, microsoft chat is
also broken, requesting to speak with a human brings you to a couple options, all of which are broken and clicking on "chat" closes the window and nothing happens, this is absolutely disgusting, i've spent the last 4 hours trying to get my tablet, my audio,
and microsoft support to work.

Fan control for 4870X2 broken in 1.17

Fixed fan controls yes. Annoying profiles yes. Buggy code yes.

I'd rather just set it and forget it as the feature list of RBE suggested it was capable of doing.

 

Is my graphics card broken?

I have a Sapphire HD 4830.

When I boot into XP all is initially fine and I am able to see the desktop.

However, when I click on the start bar and navigate a few steps, I receive an immediate white screen of death and a total irrecoverable lock-up.

I am confused about what this could mean and I would be grateful for any suggestions on the best course of action to test and repair the problem.

Does this sort of issue suggest that the graphics card is irretrievably broken?
