    Print to PDF missing in Printer List

    Hi William,

    We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

    • Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
    • Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
    • On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
      OK to save changes.
    • Restart your PC.
    • Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.
    If the issue persists, we suggest that you perform the troubleshooting steps suggested on the link below under
    Advanced:

    My printer is not receiving the print command from the computer

    My computer (Win 10 and Edge) and My Brother printer MFC465CN have stopped responding to each other after the June upgrades. I was able to print on Wed 6/10, then I received the latest windows upgrades, then on 6/11, when I try to print, I get nothing.
    I have run troubleshooter and it cannot find any problems and states all is ok. My printer is listed as an unspecified device (and is not included in the printer section). It is designated as the default printer.

    I believe there is/was a problem with the updates.
