    Okay, so yesterday my computer started increasing the volume whenever i scroll hhh idk what to do I've tried doing the "chrome://flags/#hardware-media-key-handling" but its still doing it.

    ok i fixed it i unplugged my keyboard and mouse hdhdhhshd

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
