Windows 10: FIXED Windows 10 XBox App Wont Install To External Drive Error 0x8007045d

Fix for error 0x8007045d and or 0x80070015I'm writing this because I have spent over a week trying to troubleshoot this issue, formatting my entire machine 2x, external drive multiple times, on chat support with 5 different reps that couldn't help, and more.My Xbox PC app Game Pass randomly stopped installing games to my external about a week ago. It could read anything installed there just fine, but not write anything to it. When I clicked to install it would go through "Preparing" and then "Downloading" sit there at 0 MBS / ### MBS for about 10 seconds and then give me an error. Often 0x8007

@Ztruker yes i followed all the steps to the letter. i had gotten to step 15 (the installation of windows) where i had gotten error code 0x8007045D (the same error code as before) specifically it appears around 25-40% of the "getting files ready for installation" stage
